GROWING OUR FELLOWS
Get involved in this years' Growing Our Fellows Program!

Growing Our Fellows Zone
AIDA’s exhibition hall will debut the Growing Our Fellows Zone - a purpose‑built space exclusively for medical colleges. This new feature brings colleges together in a central, high‑traffic hub designed to elevate visibility, spark meaningful career conversations, and strengthen pathways into the Indigenous medical workforce.
Why Join the College Showcase?
Visibility That Matters: Maintain a continuous presence across all three days in a centralised, high‑traffic zone, and present your pathways, programs, and opportunities in a cohesive college‑focused environment.
Authentic Engagement: Staff your space with Fellows and doctors to foster genuine, career‑shaping conversations and create opportunities for mentoring, recruitment, and professional guidance.
A Stronger Collective Impact: Contribute to a unified Growing Our Fellows presence across three full days that champions Indigenous medical leadership and strengthens future workforce pathways.
Be Part of the AIDA 2026 Conference Experience
The Growing Our Fellows Zone is designed to be more interactive, more visible, and more connected than ever before. The College Showcase Package places your college at the heart of this new exhibition experience. Read about the package offering in our prospectus.
Gather and Grow Breakfast
Saturday, 5 September 2026 | 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM | Rendezvous Perth Scarborough
Following a positive reception to the inclusion of the Gather and Grow Breakfast in 2025, we are pleased to include the breakfast to the program again for 2026!
Taking place on Saturday morning, this relaxed, informal event is designed to foster connections in a social setting - including a complimentary stand-up breakfast.
The breakfast event will promote conversations, allowing delegates and college representatives to connect in a casual setting.
Further details on the format of the breakfast session will be shared in the lead up to the conference.
It is a requirement that all funded students and JMOs attend this session.
