PRESENTATION ABSTRACTS
Read about the Oral, The Quick and The Deadly and Poster Presentation submission types, and submit your abstract by 15 May.

All submissions must adhere to the AIDA 2026 Conference Abstract Submission Guidelines as outlined on the respective webpage, and must follow the Appropriate Language and Terminology Guide in order to be considered.

The Quick and The Deadly Abstracts
The Quick and the Deadly Presentations will consist of 20 slides for 20 seconds each, (total 6 minutes 40 seconds). This is an opportunity for all delegates to do a quick and fun presentation on their projects, research, initiatives they run, education sessions or workshops they have designed and delivered, or anything that they’d like to showcase!
Contributors to these sessions will be judged by a panel of peers, and will be judged on time adherence, content, clarity and creativity.

Poster Abstracts
Poster Presentations will be on digital display the AIDA 2026 Conference. Successful presenters must design a poster in 16:9 landscape ratio, share the digital poster with the organisers via email, in line with the presenter guidelines.
Each Poster Presenter will be allotted a timeslot to be present at their poster to discuss their research with delegates.
